Manchester United fans react angrily to Ashley Young's one year contract extension

Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension.  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team.  Although, the decision to keep him at the club haven't gone down well with fan who vented angrily on different social medias.  Some of the tweet reads; "How the might have fallen.. "  Another aggrieved post reads: "The more Man U fans want to escape the more the owners give them pain".  Another reads: "This Ole and Co. are really taking us for granted. You can't be renewing Ashley's contract while there are real loopholes to cover.. it's getting out of hand".  Sad ones goes this way: "Why, just why would you do that? Revealed: The only reason Sadio Mane will ditch Liverpool for PSG

Image
PSG are reportedly monitory Liverpool's sensational attacker Sadio Mane who they feel possess the world class ability to replace Neymar.

Neymar will certainly rejoin Barcelona, it is just a matter of time and PSG don't want to be on the losing side and have already began holding talks with Sadio's agent.

Signing Mane won't be easy, he is currently playing for the best club in the world; have lots of friends at Anfield who are mostly Africans and have lifted the biggest trophy in European football- The Champions League.

You can say he is very relaxed at Liverpool and loves the type of football they currently play.

The 27-year-old Senegalese international was once asked about leaving Liverpool, he replied:

"Why would i want to leave Liverpool?

"The way they play i can't see any team beating them and i really don't want to be facing them with another team".

Mane is right with that assertion, Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool is very hard to beat. The boys play every game like its a cup final.

But all that can change if Jurgen Klopp decides to leave in 2 or 3 years time.. If Liverpool do not replace Klopp with a world class coach, then expect another decline and mass exodus like in the past..

The sad reason why Liverpool can't win the Caraboa Cup?

Liverpool are competing in five fronts this season {the World Club Cup, the Champions League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Caraboa Cup} and every fan will be dreaming of seeing them win it all. But achieving that fate will be hard knowing that Jurgen Klopp's team is thin at the moment and lacks the fire power to push in all front. Apart from Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane there's nobody else in the team that can guarantee Liverpool 20 goals in all competition this season.  Divorck Origi though is an exception but the 25-year-old Belgium international is more of an impact substitute rather than a game change.  With that in mine would it be smart to risk Salah, Firmino and Mane- who is already suffering from a dead leg and knock- in the Caraboa?  Is the Caraboa Cup so important that Jurgen Klopp will be willing to risk the world best trio in a $2m worth cup.  If no, then there's no point prioritize the match knowing that Liv...

Was the FIFA World Best Player rigged to favour Lionel Messi? The truth is coming out!

Lionel Messi is the FIFA World Best Player for the sixth time in history but something is not right about the voting system.  Olympic team coach Shakwy Ghareeb and Egypt national captain Ahmed Elmohamady have both come out to say their votes weren't counted. Cause if it were, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah would've been sitting alongside Van Dijk and not just Messi. Samuel Eto'o echoed this thought during the ceremony as he questioned the rationale behind picking Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo whereas Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah were arguably the players that won the Champions League for Liverpool.  Mane's unbelievable display against Bayern Munich and Barcelona superseded everything Messi did last season. Mane didn't just win the Champions League with Liverpool.  He reached the Africa Cup of final with Senegal and twice weeks later, scored two decisive goals to win Liverpool the UEFA Super Cup. The 26-year-old was unbelievably good and that that is one ...

He leaves in the summer: Should Liverpool extend Adam Lallana's contract?

Liverpool could be losing one of its tried and tested superstar Adam Lallana whose contract runs down in the summer.  The 31-year-old will have the option to sign a pre-contract agreement with any club of his choice on Wednesday when the January transfer window opens.  According to the Telegraph, Jurgen Klopp still wants him in the team and will offer him a year contract at the end of the summer.  Lallana meanwhile has told friends he wants more football under his belt having recovered from years of persistent injuries and fatigue.  If the midfielder those leave Liverpool, he will leave as a Champions League winner, a Club World Cup winner, a Super Cup winner and soon, a Premier League winner.  The question now remains should Liverpool sell him or offer him a one year contract?

Manchester City star Raheem Sterling or Liverpool ace Sadio Mane: Who is world's best left forward

On current form and performance, Liverpool star Sadio Mane and Manchester City star Raheem Sterling are world's finest left forwards in football..  Both stars are extremely fast, strong, skillful, creative and above all, very good in finding the back of the net.  They both average a ratio of 1 goal a game and created at least 4 to 5 chances each game.. But the question is which of the two is better.  Raheem Sterling:  Sterling have remained pivotal in what Pep Guardiola is planning to do at Manchester City. In his 4 year sting at City, the English man has won 7 trophies including back to back Premier League titles while scoring a staggering 89 goals in 132 appearances..  Rated as the second most expensive player after Kylian Mbappe, Sterling has taken his game to whole new level.. He is arguably the best player in the Premier League..  Sadio Mane Mane is a gem, an industrious player who works his stocks off for the team. W...

Breaking: Two Liverpool defender to miss Champions League clash with Genk

Trent Alexander- Arnold will miss Liverpool's trip to Switzerland after picking up a knock during training.  The Guinness World holder for the most assist by a defender in a single league campaign will now be replaced by James Milner or Joe Gomez. Why?  Liverpool do not have a like for like replacement for the full backs neither do they've for the wingers. Andy Robertson, Alexander Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane do not have quality replacement.. But rather makeshift players who can put in a shift and get the result until their back.  Another news coming in from Melwood is that Joel Matip have missed today's training season and could also miss the trip to Switzerland.  Matip is reportedly suffering from cramps and could miss the clash..  In his absence, Klopp will certainly call on Dejan Lovren who played very well against Leicester City in which Liverpool went on to win 2-1.  Liverpool have played two Champions League matches, losing one ...

Kylian Mbappe reveals why he wants to play for Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool

Liverpool could finally be signing one of Europe's most deadly finisher in Kylian Mbappe..  The French superstar remains a huge fan of Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp who he spoken highly off in the past.  Last summer, Mbappe praised Liverpool's brilliant display en-route to winning the Champions League and the charismatic nature of Jurgen Klopp who he said was charming and loving..  "I like Liverpool, they've a very good team and a fantastic manager", Mbappe told L'Equipe.  "The club is big with lots of supporters. Every footballer will want to play for them now".  Mbappe move to Anfield could be triggered in two ways; first by Liverpool's next kit sponsor Nike- who the brand ambassador Kylian Mbappe.  Secondly, his good relationship with Fabinho{ who was his former teammates back in Monaco} and Daniel Sturridge who revealed in Instagram that Mbappe loves his trademark celebration.  "Serious baller K Mbappe. His mom said he used t...

Say no to Racism! Bulgaria fans and crazy people have no place in football

Another day, another devastating blow to the struggle to end racism in football.  The embarrassing display from Bulgaria fans showed why FIFA and the European governing body must take a stuff stand on doing something about racism.  Nobody wants to be called a monkey neither do they want to remember  the history of their forefathers been hanged and burnt for been black by the KKK. Football is a beautiful game, a game which combines passion, tactics, brawls, near misses and goals to give you almost perfect result. Although, this combinations can be beautiful if it goes you're way and negative if you team is losing especially if its a 6-0 hammering.  Bulgaria were beaten mercilessly by England and the aftermath from the fans was the monkey chants and Nazi salutes. Its was a black lash from the fans who were disgusted with watching England's world class team carve them open time after time. If the three lions had taken their chances, they would've w...

Chelsea vs Liverpool: where the game will be lost and won

The blockbuster encounter between Chelsea vs Liverpool will see two of Europe's finest teams pelt their wits and tricks against each other. Frank Lampard youthful side will be hoping to become the first team in 15 attempts to Liverpool's juggernaut from taking all three points in the Premier League. But achieving that fate won't be easy and Lampard knows it.  Lampard and his coaching team know they have to stop Liverpool's world class attacking trio of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane from scoring.  Those three have scored 16 of the 21 goals Liverpool have scored in their opening 5 matches of this season. If Chelsea can stop those three from scoring, their chances of winning the game jumps from 35% to 75%.  Secondly, Lampard also knows Liverpool's midfield is made up of three aggressive tacklers and incessant runners who will press Jorginho, Ross Barkley or N'Golo Kante {if that's possible} to win the ball back and launch a quick counte...

Is Manchester City star Bernardo SIlva a covert racist?

Manchester City Bernando Silva has gotten himself into a messy situation by using racist jokes on his friend and teammate Benjamin Mendy.  Silva compared Mendy to the mascot of Spanish confectionery brand, Conguitos and later posted a indiscriminately video about Mendy's skin.  The 26-year-old asked Mendy if he was wearing clothes despite knowing he is fully dressed in all blacks. In other worlds, Silva was using his skin colour as joke.  But that is joke taking too far and most people see it as insult, a racial stereotype that FIFA along with UEFA and other organizing body are trying to shove out of football.  Racist have created an unwanted storm in football already this season with Italy been the centered of the storm. Romelu Lukaku along with some players of Africa descent have been subjected to monkey chants and discriminatory slurs.  Even in England who claim to have the best league in the world have also witnessed incidents of racism. Superst...
