Manchester United fans react angrily to Ashley Young's one year contract extension

Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension.  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team.  Although, the decision to keep him at the club haven't gone down well with fan who vented angrily on different social medias.  Some of the tweet reads; "How the might have fallen.. "  Another aggrieved post reads: "The more Man U fans want to escape the more the owners give them pain".  Another reads: "This Ole and Co. are really taking us for granted. Manchester City to sign Atalanta youngster Amad Diallo Traoré

Manchester City have reportedly inquired about the availability  of Atalanta youngster Amad Daillo Traoré reports Italia paper- Calciomercato. 

 The 17-year-old has impressed City's scouts during the UEFA Youth League and now the club feels he can be a useful addition to their youth team. 

 Daillo possess similar skill sets to Borrusia Dortmund star Jordan Sancho and there's a huge possibility he will become a world class attacker. 

 Singing Daillo now will be good business cause in two or three years time, he will be commanding $50m to $60m to sign.

Ballon d'Or is bullshit: Messi shouldn't have won it ahead of Van Dijk and Ronaldo

Another year, another catastrophic decision made by the Ballon d'Or organisers who gave the once prestigious trophy to a player who don't deserve to win it.  Its really embarrassing to know that Lionel Messi won the award ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo and Virgil van Dijk who both outperformed him with both club and country.  Cristiano Ronaldo was arguably the best of trio having won trophies with both club and country. The 34-year-old captained Portugal to the inaugural Nation's League against Holland and lifted two domestic trophies with Juventus.  Added to that, the Seria A Player needs just 6 goals to become the highest goalscorer in International football and yet, Lionel Messi who only lifted the La Liga title with Barcelona beat him to the Ballon d'or? Yaya Toure reveals what Manchester City must do in January to stop Liverpool's title run

Yaya Toure has called on Pep Guardiola to sign a defender this January and stop playing the likes of Rodrigo and Fernandinho in the back.  Rodrigo and Fernandinho are better suited in the holding midfield role and not the centre backs. De Bruyne reveals Manchester City most underrated player

Kevin de Bruyne has lauded praises on Fernandinho who he says is the club's most underrated player.  Fernandinho impact at City have been huge, he is arguably the club's best defensive midfielder and the one of the top 3 defensive midfielders in world football.  But as he ages, Pep Guardiola decided it was time he switched from a more defensive role into a full blow centre-back which has impressed De Bruyne.  Asked about his vice-captain, De Bruyne said: "Dinho can play everywhere. Guardiola reveals what Manchester City must do against 'wounded Southampton'

Pep Guardiola is expecting to see a complete revival from Southampton who were brutally beaten by Leicester City on Friday.  Southampton suffered a 9-0 defeat at Saint Mary which is the biggest loss by a home team in the competition's history. Alway injured; Is Liverpool's £52m star Naby Keita becoming the 'new Daniel Sturridge'

Before Naby Keita joined Liverpool, most fans thought he was going to turn out to be the next Xabi Alonso who will offer the creativity currently lacking in Liverpool's dynamic midfield.  Oxlade Chamberlian, Jordan Henderson, Gini Wijnaldum, James Milner and Fabinho are all industrious and strong in tackling but, none of the above can orchestrate the ebb of flow from the midfield like Xabi Alonso once did; pass intricately or incisively in midfield and attack neither can they find runners in behind the defense.. {Fabinho though tries to do that}.  Keita can do all that and even more. Europe League beckons: Why Jurgen Klopp is very worried about Salzburg

The reigning European champions are on the verge of exiting the competitions in the round of 16.  Liverpool could become the second team in 10 years to exit the Champions League in the group stage since AC Milan. But to prevent that from happening Jurgen Klopp's men must beat Salzburg at Red Bull Arena which frankly is no easy feat.  Salzburg is no push over and Klopp know this. He watched as Jesse Marsch men came back from a 3-0 defeat in the first half to draw 3-3 in the second half. Liverpool 2-1 Crystal: Firmino is no average striker and 5 things we learnt

Another game, another victory, Liverpool have finally discovered how to grind out results even when playing way below average.  Palace were good to watch, they stopped Liverpool's swashbuckling football in the first 15 minutes of play and put them to the sword by scoring the first goal only for VAR {Video Assistant Referee} to choke it off.  The first half might have ended in stalemate but the second half saw Liverpool take the initiative through Sadio Mane whose snap shot evaded everyone and found the back of the net.  Wilfred Zaha did restore parity to keep Palace fans believing but in the dying minute, Firmino scored the winning goal to put Liverpool 2-1 up and eight points clear of Leicester City.  Here are the five things we learnt:  1. The sad reason why Liverpool can't win the Caraboa Cup?

Liverpool are competing in five fronts this season {the World Club Cup, the Champions League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Caraboa Cup} and every fan will be dreaming of seeing them win it all. But achieving that fate will be hard knowing that Jurgen Klopp's team is thin at the moment and lacks the fire power to push in all front. Apart from Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane there's nobody else in the team that can guarantee Liverpool 20 goals in all competition this season.  Divorck Origi though is an exception but the 25-year-old Belgium international is more of an impact substitute rather than a game change.  With that in mine would it be smart to risk Salah, Firmino and Mane- who is already suffering from a dead leg and knock- in the Caraboa?  Is the Caraboa Cup so important that Jurgen Klopp will be willing to risk the world best trio in a $2m worth cup.  If no, then there's no point prioritize the match knowing that Liv...
