Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team. Liverpool legend Steve Nicol has called on Liverpool key decision makers when it comes on signing players (Jurgen Klopp {coach}, Micheal Edwards {sporting director} and Micheal Gordon {club director) not to sign Jadon Sancho.
Nicol though feel the 19-year-old England international will be useful addition to the squad but questions where he will play if he those join Liverpool.
He can't bench Sadio Mane who is without doubt, the world best player neither can he bench Mohamed Salah or Roberto Firmino.. It won't make sense to sign a player for £100m and then bench him.
"I don't think {Sancho} would start but it would be fantastic to have him in teh squad", Nicol told ESPN FC.
"As good as Divock Origi has been at times, i would prefer if Liverpool did what City did with {Gabriel} Jesus. They got him when he was very young as wasn't expecting to start and he came along.
"Sancho would be expecting to start and that's the problem. You're going to spend over £100m, because that's what it's going to cost, for a guy to sit on the bench? I don't think so".
Liverpool aren't the players interested in his service, Chelsea, Manchester United, PSG and Napoli have all made enquirers about him.
