Manchester United fans react angrily to Ashley Young's one year contract extension

Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension.  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team.  Although, the decision to keep him at the club haven't gone down well with fan who vented angrily on different social medias.  Some of the tweet reads; "How the might have fallen.. "  Another aggrieved post reads: "The more Man U fans want to escape the more the owners give them pain".  Another reads: "This Ole and Co. are really taking us for granted. You can't be renewing Ashley's contract while there are real loopholes to cover.. it's getting out of hand".  Sad ones goes this way: "Why, just why would you do that? Breaking: Two Liverpool defender to miss Champions League clash with Genk

Trent Alexander- Arnold will miss Liverpool's trip to Switzerland after picking up a knock during training. 

 The Guinness World holder for the most assist by a defender in a single league campaign will now be replaced by James Milner or Joe Gomez. Why? 

 Liverpool do not have a like for like replacement for the full backs neither do they've for the wingers. Andy Robertson, Alexander Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane do not have quality replacement.. But rather makeshift players who can put in a shift and get the result until their back. 

 Another news coming in from Melwood is that Joel Matip have missed today's training season and could also miss the trip to Switzerland. 

 Matip is reportedly suffering from cramps and could miss the clash.. 

 In his absence, Klopp will certainly call on Dejan Lovren who played very well against Leicester City in which Liverpool went on to win 2-1. 

 Liverpool have played two Champions League matches, losing one to Napoli (2-0) and winning one (4-3 to Salzburg).

Injury blow: Pep Guardiola confirms Ederson will miss Liverpool clash

Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Ederson will miss the trip to Anfield due to any injury..  He will be replaced by Claudio Bravo who he says is a good keeper and a two times Copa America winner with Chile.  Asked during his press conference if Ederson will be fit for the clash, Guardiola said: "He is not able to play tomorrow.  "On Sunday he cannot play. We have another top keeper. We won the Carabao Cup and FA Cup thanks to Claudio. He is an exceptional goalkeeper".  Asked if Manchester City are not vulnerable without Ederson deputizing in-between the sticks, Klopp replied angrily.  "Why should i not be confident about my players and my team? Why do you like ask me this questions? "I see him every day in training. We won't lose from Claudio. You have to respect him. He won the Copa America, respect that guy, he's an incredible goalkeeper".

Mane, Salah, Alisson or Van Dijk: Which Liverpool player deserve to win the Ballon d'Or?

For the first time in history, seven Liverpool players have made the shortlist of the Ballon d'Or.  Alisson Becker, Van Dijk, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Trent Alexander Arnold and Gini Wijnaldum have all made the list but the list don't feel right.  They're Liverpool players that really deserve to be that list.
