Manchester United fans react angrily to Ashley Young's one year contract extension

Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension.  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team.  Although, the decision to keep him at the club haven't gone down well with fan who vented angrily on different social medias.  Some of the tweet reads; "How the might have fallen.. "  Another aggrieved post reads: "The more Man U fans want to escape the more the owners give them pain".  Another reads: "This Ole and Co. are really taking us for granted. Breaking: Two Liverpool defender to miss Champions League clash with Genk

Trent Alexander- Arnold will miss Liverpool's trip to Switzerland after picking up a knock during training. 

 The Guinness World holder for the most assist by a defender in a single league campaign will now be replaced by James Milner or Joe Gomez. Why? 

 Liverpool do not have a like for like replacement for the full backs neither do they've for the wingers. Andy Robertson, Alexander Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane do not have quality replacement.. But rather makeshift players who can put in a shift and get the result until their back. 

 Another news coming in from Melwood is that Joel Matip have missed today's training season and could also miss the trip to Switzerland. 

 Matip is reportedly suffering from cramps and could miss the clash.. 

 In his absence, Klopp will certainly call on Dejan Lovren who played very well against Leicester City in which Liverpool went on to win 2-1. 

 Liverpool have played two Champions League matches, losing one to Napoli (2-0) and winning one (4-3 to Salzburg).

Jermaine Pennant reveals what will cost Liverpool the Premier League title

Jermaine Pennant has revealed what he thinks will be Liverpool's biggest problem en-route to winning the Premier League.  Pennant admits they've a talented squad with lots of experience who have gone the distance to win the Premier League title only to be pipped by Liverpool. He feels Liverpool's only Achilles heel will be injuries to their key players.  Injuries to superstars like Fabinho, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Van Dijk could instantly derail their progress.  "The team has all it takes to go unbeaten and win the Premier League title", Pennant told 888 Sports.  "But you feel the team can also be stopped when the top players in the team get injured. Liverpool have four or five players that make the difference and once they're not there you kind of see a drop in standard".  Liverpool play Brighton next at Anfield and will be hoping to continue to march to the Premier League title.

Yaya Toure reveals what Manchester City must do in January to stop Liverpool's title run

Yaya Toure has called on Pep Guardiola to sign a defender this January and stop playing the likes of Rodrigo and Fernandinho in the back.  Rodrigo and Fernandinho are better suited in the holding midfield role and not the centre backs. De Bruyne reveals Manchester City most underrated player

Kevin de Bruyne has lauded praises on Fernandinho who he says is the club's most underrated player.  Fernandinho impact at City have been huge, he is arguably the club's best defensive midfielder and the one of the top 3 defensive midfielders in world football.  But as he ages, Pep Guardiola decided it was time he switched from a more defensive role into a full blow centre-back which has impressed De Bruyne.  Asked about his vice-captain, De Bruyne said: "Dinho can play everywhere. Since i came here he's been really under-rated", he told Sky Sports.  "For me he was one of the best defensive midfielders in the world, and now he just comes in as central defender and does what he does.  "Props to him, because obviously he is 35 and it's not easy to play a new position, especially when you've never done it in the 14 years before that".  Fernandinho is on course to sign a one year contract with Manchester City.

Guardiola reveals what Manchester City must do against 'wounded Southampton'

Pep Guardiola is expecting to see a complete revival from Southampton who were brutally beaten by Leicester City on Friday.  Southampton suffered a 9-0 defeat at Saint Mary which is the biggest loss by a home team in the competition's history. Alway injured; Is Liverpool's £52m star Naby Keita becoming the 'new Daniel Sturridge'

Europe League beckons: Why Jurgen Klopp is very worried about Salzburg

The reigning European champions are on the verge of exiting the competitions in the round of 16.  Liverpool could become the second team in 10 years to exit the Champions League in the group stage since AC Milan. But to prevent that from happening Jurgen Klopp's men must beat Salzburg at Red Bull Arena which frankly is no easy feat.  Salzburg is no push over and Klopp know this. The sad reason why Liverpool can't win the Caraboa Cup?

Liverpool are competing in five fronts this season {the World Club Cup, the Champions League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Caraboa Cup} and every fan will be dreaming of seeing them win it all. But achieving that fate will be hard knowing that Jurgen Klopp's team is thin at the moment and lacks the fire power to push in all front. Gabriel Jesus reveals 1 reason why he will watch Manchester United vs Liverpool

Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has now revealed he will watch Manchester United clash with Liverpool on Sunday.  City need Liverpool to drop points and knowing that Jurgen Klopp have never won at Old Trafford in five attempts makes the match more interesting.  Jesus meanwhile wants to watch his Brazilian national teammates Roberto Firmino and Fabinho play.
