Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension. The Reds will play Aston Villa in the League Cup quarter final and the following day will play FIFA Club World Cup the following day.
Confident of winning both ties, Klopp said: "We had to do it like this. I think it's a really nice opportunity for the younger players", he told reporters.
"I know everyone thinks no chance but football is a wonderful. I would love to be part of that game to be honest.
"I hope they enjoy it, whatever happens. No pressure".
