Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team. Although, the decision to keep him at the club haven't gone down well with fan who vented angrily on different social medias. Some of the tweet reads; "How the might have fallen.. Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing RB Salzburg striker Erling Haaland.
According to the Sun, City sent scout to watch the 19-year-old play against Liverpool and they were impressed with his overall display.
He scored Salzburg 3rd goal to shock Jurgen Klopp and his coaching staff who decided it was time for Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum to exit the pitch for Divock Origi and James Milner who both came in and instantly changed the game.
Within 10 minutes of their introduction, Mohamed Salah scored to make it 4-3 but for a moment, it felt like Liverpool lost.
One of City scout who watched Haaland play had this to say: " We had scouts at Anfield to watch him in action. They were very impressed with what they saw.
"We feel we would stand a good chance of getting him if we put something on the table to his club. We like his age and his link-up play. He would have watched the club a lot as a very young boy.
"His dad was a big favourite with the fans and there is a hope that will continue with his son one day".
