Manchester United fans react angrily to Ashley Young's one year contract extension

Manchester United captain Ashley Young will not be joining Inter Milan next summer neither will he be signing a pre-contract agreement with other clubs having be given a one-year contract extension.  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the 34-year-old and feels his presence at the club will be useful to the younger players in the team.  Although, the decision to keep him at the club haven't gone down well with fan who vented angrily on different social medias.  Some of the tweet reads; "How the might have fallen.. "  Another aggrieved post reads: "The more Man U fans want to escape the more the owners give them pain".  Another reads: "This Ole and Co. are really taking us for granted. Sadio Mane reveals the 'only language' all Liverpool players understands

Liverpool's striker Sadio Mane has admitted he is lucky to be playing alongside his incredible teammates who have made his job relatively easy this season. 

Mane has scored 11 goals with 5 assists in 17 appearances in all competition to help Liverpool maintain an unbeaten start to the Premier League. 

The 27-year-old though is overly convinced that Liverpool strength is down to language they all speak which is football. 

"I always say it is very easy to work together", Mane told Liverpool FC magazine. 

"Personally, i just think myself very lucky to play alongside these great players. Every single player who plays alongside them would enjoy it because they are very good players and they make everything easy, so i just enjoy playing alongside them."

Liverpool are yet to lose a Premier League match this season after 12 games and hold a 8 point lead over second place Leicester City and 9 point lead over reigning champions Manchester City. 

"We are all from different countries and speak different first languages but i think football is one language and it is universal so everybody can speak it. 

'It is the same with Mo, Bobby and myself".

Liverpool 2-1 Crystal: Firmino is no average striker and 5 things we learnt

Another game, another victory, Liverpool have finally discovered how to grind out results even when playing way below average.  Palace were good to watch, they stopped Liverpool's swashbuckling football in the first 15 minutes of play and put them to the sword by scoring the first goal only for VAR {Video Assistant Referee} to choke it off.  The first half might have ended in stalemate but the second half saw Liverpool take the initiative through Sadio Mane whose snap shot evaded everyone and found the back of the net.  Wilfred Zaha did restore parity to keep Palace fans believing but in the dying minute, Firmino scored the winning goal to put Liverpool 2-1 up and eight points clear of Leicester City.  Here are the five things we learnt:  1. Roberto Mancini reveals what Liverpool must fear about Manchester City

Roberto Mancini has warned Liverpool fans not to rule out Manchester City in the race to win the Premier League title.  City are eleven points off Liverpool after 14 games played and many have already ruled them out of winning the trophy.  Mancini who lifted City's first league title in 44 years feel the club can still surpass Liverpool have done twice in history. They did it under Manuel Pellegrini {2013-14} and again under Pep Guardiola {2018-19}.  Buttressing his point, he said: "I think that Liverpool in the last two years are a strong team", he told Sky Sports News.  "But i remember last year in November and December Manchester City were seven points behind Liverpool.  "The Premier League is a very difficult championship. There is too long {to go}".

Jermaine Jenas: Christian Eriksen will consider joining Liverpool in the summer

Chris Walder warns Liverpool: Sheffield United won't lose at Anfield

Chris Wilder has lauded praises on Liverpool and their iconic stadium 'Anfield' but warns, that his team aren't coming to Merseyside to lose like others.  Liverpool haven't lost a game in 52 matches neither have they lost a match at Anfield since April 2017. This season, they've won 17 games and drawn just once to Manchester United.. Powerful!  But, Sheffield United also boast a remarkable record. Jurgen Klopp reveals three areas Liverpool must improve

According to Bild, Thomas Muller will join a Premier League team this summer after growing disillusioned with life on the bench. Did Alexander Arnold commit two penalties against Manchester City?

Liverpool might have beaten Manchester City 3-1 at Anfield but they were controversial moments that shocked the world of football including Pep Guardiola.  The Spanish tactician was visibly seen screaming his lungs out to the fourth official Mike Dean, alerting him that Trent Alexander Arnold has just committed not just once but two penalties..
